    Cancellation & Refund Policy: If you are required to cancel or change course dates the following policy is: Cancellations received in writing up to seven days prior to scheduled course commencement date will be accepted without charge and a full refund of any deposit monies will be paid. Cancellations received seven to three days prior to course commencement date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of paid deposit. Cancellations received two days or less from scheduled course commencement date will incur a cancellation fee of the full deposit paid.Transfer to another course date is acceptable at no extra charge.  No refund is payable if cancellation occurs after commencement of the course.
    Course Changes:  Crew Pacific reserves the right to change course dates, times, fees and course content.  Should the need for change to course dates and times be required, Crew Pacific reserves the right to transfer this booking to the next available course within twelve months of the original course date.
