    The balance of the course fee is to be paid on the first day of the course alternatively the full amount can be paid at enrolment.

  28. Cancellation & Refund Policy:
    If you are required to cancel or change course dates the following policy is:

    • -  Cancellations received in writing up to seven days prior to scheduled course commencement date will be accepted without charge and a full refund of any deposit monies will be paid.
    • -  No refund is payable back to the student if cancellation occurs three to five days before the course starts.
    • -  No refund is payable if cancellation occurs after commencement of the course.
    • -  A transfer to another course date is acceptable at no extra charge.

    Course Changes
    Crew Pacific reserves the right to change course dates, times, fees and course content. Should the need for change to course dates and times be required, Crew Pacific reserves the right to transfer this booking to the next available course within twelve months of the original course date.
