Placement Services Offered for Crew
Captains and Mates
Australian Master 4 & 5 tickets, MCA 4 and higher, OOW,
Licensed and fully experienced engineers with many forms of training and experience required. Australian tickets: MED 1, 2, 3 and Class 3 upwards - MCA tickets: MEOL, AEC, Y4, Y3, Y2, Y1. Motor and sail, private and charter. Copies of current licenses held are required.
Licensed and experienced from Junior to Lead for motor and sail, private and charter. Copies of current licenses held are required, eg.: Yacht Master Offshore, STCW95, Deck Rating Certificate, Coxswain, speed boat and tender licences and diving tickets.
Chefs and Cooks
Qualified and experienced Chefs and Cooks who have worked either on private or charter yachts, motor and sail. Delivery Cooks with all levels of experience.
Chefs and Cooks are required to submit a seven-day menu plan with breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and Hors d’oeuvre. Photos of food presentation are recommended. When sending photos to Crew Pacific ensure they are saved in a JPEG format and no larger than 250kbs in size.
Copies of current culinary tickets and Maritime tickets, such as STCW95,
Stewardess and Steward
Must have experience on private and/or charter yachts or hold hospitality certificates in restaurant, bar and housekeeping service areas or alternatively, have completed Steward/ess Training Courses specifically tailored to the Super Yacht Industry. STCW95 tickets, either MCA or AMSA endorsed. Any other boating background experience is a bonus.
Butlers & Flight Attendants
Must have experience of work in either Private Villas or on Private Jets. Resumes need to be presented according to our resume requirements.
If you hold an STCW95 ticket you must state whether it is MCA or AMSA endorsed.
If you hold a current Medical Certificate you need state whether it is either MCA or AMSA endorsed and the full expiry date with day, month and year.
If you hold a B1/B2 Visa you must state the full expiry date with day, month and year.
