BUTLER POSITION IN A BEAUTIFUL BOUTIQUE RESTAURANT/ACCOMMODATION IN THE NORTHERN BEACHES NSW

JOB INFORMATION:

A beautiful boutique restaurant/accommodation is searching for a butler. This restaurant/accommodation is a very well known restaurant which also has 11 boutique accommodation rooms, plus one private residence. The restaurant has won many accolades and awards, they are wanting to raise the level of service by employing a full-time butler with a young  demeanour, welcoming manner keen and hard working. The role will be as a guest co-ordinator; you will be responsible for contacting the guests prior to arrival, co-ordinating arrival, activities transfers, farewell and follow up guests, as well as the usual butler duties in the house.

Essential requirements:  young, fresh; excellent verbal and written communicator; very well presented; flexibility with hours and duties dependant on number of guests

The person would need to live on the northern beaches due to the location of the restaurant.

• Organized, strong eye for detail
• Immaculate personal presentation
• Ability to assess and act on priorities
• Ability to work resourcefully and on own initiative
• Absolute discretion and honesty, common sense and tact
• Be able to think outside your circle
• Strong F & B knowledge is essential in this position as you will be expected to give a 5 star table service at all times as you may be asked to cross over to assist in the restaurant.

START DATE: IMMEDIATE

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: FULL-TIME

SALARY:  $65,000AUD per year + SUPER AND TAX
